Okay, your here. That means you have respect for other peoples hard work. Good for you!

Site policies are simple.

One: If you take any images that have been graphically altered such as the one you see on this page, credit the person who made it!
I've seen enough people complain that their own image work related to PGSM has been stolen and used.
I don't make very many graphically altered images, but when I do, I use screencaps from Shingetsu, or screen caps I asked the orginal poster if I can use.
The thing is this. Once the image is altered, it becomes my own property.
Because it takes hours and hard work to get the effects I want. If you want to use the images I make, ask first! Or at least point out where you got it!

Two: Don't steal layouts.
This layout I don't care for, plus it isn't even mine. It's a template lay out from Tripod, but at least I own up to that, and I have never stolen a layout from anybody and I won't TOLERATE people who steal and use Layouts by the people who created the webpages I have listed. These people have worked very hard to make their PGSM sites the best and well known to the people on the internet, and I will support them as much as I can. This includes reporting *anybody* who may steal layouts from them!

Three: Direct linking is a major no no! Want a banner, code, or image, save it to your own computers!
Tripod does not allow direct linking! It is considered rude, and it is also illigeal, it is called stealing bandwidth! So don't do it!

These are simple policies, and I have always believed in asking before I take, and use.
I also credit.
These are what I consider the basic bible guide lines to webpage making, and desigining.

You have been warned.

Basic site policies.
I support the web pages I have listed, and will report people who steal.
